This is what won him the role
Plot
A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends on Halloween and anyone who gets in his way. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to audition for Art The Clown after Mike Giannelli withdrew from the role and acting. Edited to Terrifier 2 (2022)
everything else is just old news.. There is a heavily edited version on YouTube that removes the graphic violence and blood, as well as the nudity.. I’ll give it a try Written and starring Thank you.
The acting is perfectly good
Yes, there is almost no plot and it is very nihilistic and gratuitous, but it makes up for it with a truly disturbing villain and some very well done and incredibly brutal gore effects. Nothing exceptional, but it is perfectly acceptable. Much better than you usually find in low budget horror these days.
Check out the most terrifying clowns to have graced the screen
This is not a genre-defining film, but it is a fun throwback to the good old days of unstoppable silent killers terrorizing people for arbitrary reasons. Art the Clown, Pennywise and Killer Klowns are just a few of the comical creatures that give us the creeps.
