Plot
Men and women live in a massive underground silo with few rules they believe can protect them from the toxic and broken world above. Whether they’re exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are the stuff science fiction is made of. Season 1 covers the first 30 episodes of the book “Wool.” – The book has 82 chapters. The fans on the floor spin in the wrong direction due to the orientation of the blades.

Featured on WatchMojo: Top 10 Watches of 2023 TV Shows to Binge (2023). I really liked Silo. I love mystery and suspense. However, I hadn’t read or heard of the books Shilo is based on.
The story is good and interesting
The series is set 140 years after the apocalypse. The 10,000 people that are left now live in silos, and these people have never been outside a silo. They don’t even know what stars are. But they know that leaving the silo is fatal.
The acting is good, as is the character development
Some people go outside to learn more, but they always die. Those who stay in the silos can watch through the window every time someone tries to leave and see how and when they die. Rebecca Ferguson plays Juliette Nichols, who is trying to figure out what is outside the silo and why they can’t get out without dying. However, the pacing can be a little slow as there are some filler episodes.

They definitely could have cut the series by at least two episodes, but that doesn’t really bother me as the series is very good overall. I’m looking forward to season 2 with more suspense, mystery and answers to what’s happening outside the silo!. New season of “Shilo”; is one of the biggest TV and radio premieres of this month.
