Plot
Unravel the mystery of a town in the middle of the United States that traps everyone who enters. As the residents struggle to maintain a sense of normalcy and search for a way out, they must also survive the threats of the surrounding forest. The area, known as Beaver Bank Villa, has a long history and many years ago contained apartments, a meeting house, fire station, school, church, convenience store, etc.
They drop a rope on him
(all demolished in 2004) to support workers at a nearby military base that operated in the 1950s and 1960s. All that remains are paved streets and paths, and a fake town was built on top of them. When Boyd steps into a distant tree, he finds himself at the bottom of a well.
This show was much, much, much better than I expected
When Boyd emerges from the well, Martin is the only one in the room and is chained to the wall. Martin didn’t throw the rope Presenting Half in the Bag: 2022 Mid-Year Catch-Up Part 1 (TV Shows) (2022). Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be) Written by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans Performed by The Pixies.
But I have to say that after the finale, I was blown away!
I thought the whole premise didn’t have much potential, but then it was something else. However, I still have a lot of questions that need to be answered, especially after the last scenes of the season 2 finale (which is not necessarily a negative point). I think we deserved at least some answers before we had to wait for season 3.
There’s potential here
I just hope the show’s creators keep it at this level and why not even improve it. I’m tired of the creators completely ruining good shows. If all the questions are answered in a logical and interesting way, and if we get a fascinating ending that everyone goes home with, this will definitely be one of the best series.
